We were on a road trip when our RV's side pull out came unhitched, wouldn't close completely and was moving in and out while driving. We were desperate and pulled into Arizona Route 66 RV's unannounced. Immediately, Jesh Boardman greeted us and immediately crawled underneath the RV and manually fixed our problem. while traveling in Arizona my trailer bearings started on fire and I had to have my travel trailer flat bed to a repair shop. After trying several repair shops to see if they would look at the trailer I called Arizona Route 66 RV. Jess to me that they would look at it in a few days. By the time I was able to get the flat bed it was after hours for the shop. Jess gave me the owners personal phone number. Good place to work with. I got excellent advice and service here. I would recommend them over any other RV dealership in the area.
Where do I start. All the buster flooring they left under my sofa, which got caught underneath and ripped my linoleum as I slid the slide back in. The big hole in the floor under my dinette seat. Looks like they just hammered a hole. The trim along the bottom edge of my rig that came loose and started flopping after 600 miles,or the pin hole in my water line I only turn my pump on as needed so it took a year for it to rot out start leaking water.
