Supremely unhelpful and uninformed.
This the best respiratory business i have ever done business with. We were visiting Payson for a few days and I accidentally left the electrical cord to my wife oxygenater at home. Called and they are the only company that answered thier phone. They had the cord we needed. They are life savers. My wife can now have her needed oxygen. They are very professional, caring, and the best company I have ever done oxygen business with. Wish they were in Phoenix. Sad but true! I had all my requirements met and I called and called and was told, NO NOT YET! I ask why? Well, because we are busy doing assessment to be accredited. REALLY??!?! What does that have to do with delaying the customer? I am desperate as I stop breathing 28 times an hour, I need a CPAP and you’re busy?!?! I must say the two ladies that work there, Kelly and Jean, are friendly and nice, they took every call from me, but then, sat on their hands. This is a great family business, operated by a great family. I needed to make sure I had plenty of oxygen on hand and they showed up and provided me with all the supplies I needed. Thanks guys! Much appreciated!
Horrible buisness and very very rude to people with medical conditions never ever use them if you can help it ... going to report to BBB
