Absolutely love this place!!! They helped make my sons Christmas extra special. They helped inform me with everything our new family member would need. The lady that helped us was super kind towards my kids and helped try and keep the purchase on the DL since it was a Christmas present. We will continue to use them for everything our Frog(Mr. Sticky) will need. 🐸 Thank you!!!
Just picked up a crested gecko for our son for Christmas. The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, and they have an amazing selection of animals and supplies. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!! Thanks again Christian and the entire team!!! Will be back again soon!
They could improve by being an ethical company that doesn't keep baby gorilla's in reptile tanks too small to sit up in.
I LOVE this shop but I recently bought 2 Regal Jumpers. 1 died with 2 weeks. They kindly replaced her with a male who died 4 days later :( and now my second female I bought just died today! $80+ tax and I have no jumpers now. Sad but I will always recommend people to this shop as they are an amazing place. just bad luck with their Regals :'(
