I took my family to this place after we attended their Expo and had a great time. I purchased an Enigma Leopard Gecko and the setup. Matt helped me and was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time helping me make a decision on which one to get. Great place, even though it is about an hour from where I live, I would go again!

This place is excellent and they always make you feel welcome!
I came in about 3 days ago and we pulled a long been dead baby beardie out of a tank with about 7 other bearded dragons. We then looked at the other reptiles and none of the baby tortoises were moving, even when we reached in and pick them up and tried to mess with them they hardly moved.
Great employees, great owner, everyone has knowledge of anything they sell. Very helpful & they do not try to sell you what you dont need just to make a sale like most reptile stores. Friendly & has more of a family vibe.
This place is awesome! Last Sunday my son and I went in to pick out our first crested Gecko! The two employees I spoke with were friendly and and answered ALL of my questions! One of them walked around with me and helped me pick out all the necessities! I was pleased that there was a guarantee on our new pet, just in case. AND we also got to use a $25 off of $10 coupon that day.... SCORE! We will DEFINITELY be back, you have a forever customer! And thank you to Damon and the other guy that helped us out. See ya soon.

They have a great variety of reptiles just bought a brand new panther chameleon it was very happy and a very nice excellent staff
Well let me clarify, I loved the customer service!!! I tried to overcome my fear and went to get crickets for my daughter's frogs. Well...I freaked out when I got through the door and saw a big snake behind the counter (yes I understand that my fear is irrational, but it's real to me). The staff at Predator's were very nice and the one gentleman even brought the crickets outside for me, and let me know I could call ahead so I wouldn't have to go into the store. Always my first stop shop for my frogs. Everyone there is super helpful, kind and really knowledgeable. When I had to get crickets and was on crutches they even helped me out the door to make sure I was taken care of. When I was starting out they let me know what I needed and what I didn't and even gave cheaper options available so I didn't break the bank. I love them and would recommend them to everyone♡ I have NEVER not even once had anything remotely close to a bad experience here.
