Success! My Dad needed to sever a joint tenancy deed and BJ came to the rescue. Her calm energy and sharp expertise were blessings in this unknown territory. A wonderful experience. I don't really like doing legal stuff - in this case, beneficiary deeds. Consequently, I am bad at being timely and paying attention to details.
