BJ was uniquely qualified to help an senior friend of mine sell their Arizona condo. The level of expertise, both from a real estate perspective and a legal perspective, was outstanding. BJ was very understanding with my friend's limited budget and worked with them to do things such as properly furnish the home to allow it to show better. Chose BJ since she was a realtor and practiced law. I needed a confidant during a stressful time in my life. She was trustworthy and tenacious. Exactly what I needed to sell my home during a slow housing market. She also helped me find a rental immediately after the sell of my home.
