Great service and very helpful. Courts stressful enough… John was great with communication and was able to get the other party served within a few days. He also send you verification when he delivers his part to the court. He made this very easy.

When I contacted Arizona Rapid Process Service, specifically John Semerau, I was impressed with his professionalism, efficiency and patience to answer my questions. Prior to contacting John I had spoken to a variety of other servers and was not confident in their promises, or impressed by their fees. I have never had to use a process server before so I went into this not knowing what to expect. John was great! He told me exactly what was needed and how everything worked. John put me on the schedule with a completion time of about 4-5 days; it took him less than a day. And he emailed me all the completed documents and filed the required paperwork with the court. Outstanding! Thanks John!

This was already an emotional event and going through the process of having someone served was an unknown and uncomfortable feeling. There was a 2-3 day timeline and John was able to get the papers served in less than 24 hours! I then received a text and email stating it was completed and all the necessary paperwork was filed with the courts on my behalf. Our law office needed a citation & TRO from Texas served on a resident of Surprise, Az ASAP. John Semerau was very communicative, friendly, and helpful in every respect. I was completely impressed by his hard work as he had the opposing party served WITHIN 18 HOURS of receipt of our paperwork. His fees were very reasonable compared to the local sheriff's dept., he accepted everything through email, and let us pay online. Overall just a great experience!
