Great little quilt store! Very good variety too! Instantly became my fave local shop. :)
I have been a customer since they opened. When in town I have always had the best customer service, whether it be picking out fabric one taking an occasional class, I also use your on line ordering and find the prices, turnaround, and selection great. I always get quick response if out of stock of a fabric I ordered. Online and it person, this is one of my favorite shops. The staff is also very friendly and extremely helpful.
The customer service provided to online customers leaves a lot to be desired. An issue with an online order placed on 2/23/2014 has yet to be resolved, and there is no longer even a response to my contact/email messages. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this quilt shop to anyone placing an online order.
