They don’t care about people or our community and constantly charge unreasonable fees if only a day late making a payment; so much so that it’s impossible to keep up. Giving everyone no choice but to use them, so they feel like they are allowed to take advantage. Horrible business.

My mother in law has been waiting a month for service she just bought a new house and is all ready to move in but no power. They were suppose to come out today 3/28/23. It is 4:30 pm and still not there yet.
