Absolutely an amazing, honest company, that goes above and beyond. APS recently did a sound system update in our church, and i approached them with a $$ amount for a new system. Sam could have taken my whole budget and sold us a new system etc, but instead, he asked, "Why replace all this when it's working fine? Let's update some stuff and redesign it and make it last another 5 years". At that moment, I knew he was getting our business!
