Good customer experience - they will work with you to find the right comfort level. Mattresses themselves are high quality and you can't go wrong choosing them for a latex mattress. We also had no hassle for any exchanges to try out other solutions

We bought two custom mattresses for our Class B RV and a queen size for a new bed in our guest room. We picked up the RV beds last week and spent 4 nights on them last week. They're wonderful! Everyone we worked with was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
