If i could leave a 0 Star i would and they fully deserve it!! I was a former customer of they never gave my deposit check back they have been pushing me around for over 6months and now today their supervisor Allen if i remember right gets on the phone with me being a total asshole and refusing to reissue another check saying i already got it and cashed it which i never did !! I contacted my lawyer and a lawsuit is coming!
I was calling on behalf of a friend (language barrier) and while trying to understand why the last payment charged on her account was not refunded after the insurance was cancelled (found a cheaper but better insurance) the idiot on the phone instead of doing his job, which is "customer service" simply said pay the $52 you owe us and that is it and as cowards do hung up the call.
