So this would be a 5 star but there were several issues. 1. I was referred to this specific office once before in March of this year for ongoing abdominal pain. They would not take me as a patient or even do a consult because I did not have “recent” MRI scans even though my most recents scans were in the last 14 days to 30 days if we are considering CT at the time. I am so grateful for having my hernia repaired by Dr. Modasi. I felt so cared for during the entire process. Everything was explained to me throughout the procedure, and the surgery was a complete success! OMG, I'm so happy to have it behind me, I feel incredible! Thanks for all you do.

Front staff friendly and efficient. No problem checking in, there’s even a smile I was called back five minutes after I arrived Back staff friendly & efficient. Took all vitals professionally. Provider spent time to explain my options then waited for my questions. He answered everything no matter we just discussed them
