The place doesn't return phone calls, and when I went in to ask about when the serviceman would be out to my house the woman in side was snarly and bitchy.If advise getting your Dimension One spa in *******, and heaven help you if you need to call Az Pool and Pond! I left a message ONE WEEK AGO no return call yet!...my spa part has been "ordered" two+ weeks ago.
Recommended by our realtor. They did our pool renovation (autofill retrofit, ******************** Also went through them for a new hot tub. They set up the concrete & electrical work, all delivery/install, start-up. One minor warranty issue with the spa itself what was resolved quickly. Communication can be a bit tough. I think they're understaffed, like so many right now (fall 2021). Happy to recommend and do business with them again.
Working with this company was a mistake that cost us over $7000.00. The purpose of this review is to help others who are considering this horrific company. They said all the right words at our consultations, the problem was that the execution of renovating our pond was COMPLETELY out of their grasp...we should have listened to the other reviews with words of warning.
