Good price, but unreliable schedule. Keeps arriving later and later in the day, and now they're arriving after 6pm and they tell me there's nothing they can do about it. Do you want a stranger walking into your back yard unannounced after 6pm? Two years ago when we first hired them they told me the scheduled time would be between 1 pm and 2:30. Fine. And ever since it's been getting later and later and now it's after 6pm and all they say is too bad that's the way it is. Not happy.

Great company. Rudy was so incredibly helpful! My equipment was losing prime and he made sure I understood what was happening, he shower me how, and even came back when i had more trouble with it. He went above and beyond to make sure i was squared away before the weekend!

Over the years and especially this last year, the filter handle that has to be twisted open and then l... read more
