I switched to Arizona Pima Chemical a few months ago. Luis, the supervisor, and Carlos, my pool tech, are the best. Luis came for the initial visit, answered any questions I had about my new weekly service. I was kinda nervous about switching pool companies. I had been with Tucson Pool and Spa for almost seven years. Their service was good; just couldn't deal with their steep rate hikes. Shout out to Aaron from Arizona Pima Chemical for identifying the issue with my pool heater and fixing it. What was appreciated most, I made a phone call and without follow up, Aaron ordered the part and installed it without any hassle. I was notified once job was complete and did not require me being present when working on the pool equipment.
Great job by Rudy with cartridge cleaning running great, very personable and informative will use them again !!
