You know when you're talking to someone and you are 100% sure about the accuracy of what you are saying but they keep talking like you have no idea? That's always fun. And being rushed out the door while you are still trying to get a straight answer about what your kid needs, love that. So now we used our last insurance visit for the year and have no answer as to what he needs. Go someplace else where they listen to and respect you.

Office manager 1 star Call center 2 stars Office management 1 star Call center said possible to make 3 appt. 1 follow up and 2 yearly exams. Said just needed to check with office. Said would follow up with me. Never did. I call back. Call center says office never responded. Office says never asked until that day - but appt made 2 weeks before that. Asked for this and said policy no then gave would loose money of 3 appt no show. Said charge if we don't show. Then said 3 in family makes them run late. Then said doctor said no.... read more
