Absolutely awful and unprofessional. Waiting room was jam packed and extensive wait. Weve tried to schedule twice now and had to leave both times due to the wait times over an hour each time .
Absolute billing nightmare. Be careful they do NOT take vision insurance!! Took an appointment for a routine eye exam and they said they took insurance and said covered but later big bill for 452$ sent because they don’t take any vision insurance but will bill it to our medical insurance, where we had a deductible of $700. Ended up paying 492$ in full from pocket where it should have been 10$ co pay 40$ Yearly checkup.
They refused to see my child who had something stuck in his eye because I had my other kids with me (covid). I'm a single mom what the heck do you want me to do with my other kids? I should be able to file a medical malpractice lawsuit against them. You can not refuse care of a patient because the patients siblings attended the appointment with no other options.
Took my 1 year old to check her eyes cause she got a weird read at the doctor. We got there early for her appointment like they asked. And we waited. And waited. They took us back to dilate her eyes and made us go back to the waiting room some more. When they finally took us back to the exam room and left saying “the doctor will be in in just a minute” we waited for another half hour - 45 minutes... not sure how long but we were about halfway through Mulan. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Use to go to office on Dobson and had the same issue there as well. Today, we waited over an hour after appointment time, not arrival time, just to be put in a room. None the less, that was just the beginning of waiting. Expect at least a 2 hour block for this visit.
