Was referred to them for my back pain, had a few x-rays done 2+ weeks prior to my appointment. I asked prior to my appointment if they had received the report of my x-ray and they said yes. Upon arrival, they did not have the x-ray or the report, was with the "doctor" for less than 10 minutes. Told me I need an MRI, yet they had not seen my x-rays or the written report that comes with it. They billed my Medicare over $400! When seeing a pain doctor ask when can I expect to see someone if am a "10" on pain scale. It was impossible to see anyone when in real actual pain. I had no problem driving so far out of my way to see Liza. I had a few shots with Dr Ryklin. Just hard to deal with some doctor post covid.

Dr Ryklin is disgrace to his profession. He is very sweet and nice on his first visit. After that you never see him. After they prep you for the procedure, they roll you in to the operating room where Dr Ryklin has his back to you and never says a word. He doesn't discuss the procedure with me. I was curious about why I had 7 visits with him and only 2 of them took effect. Finally, after I was prepared for the last time I said I wanted to talk with him.
