I wish I could leave a lower review than 1 star. "Not good" is far too good of a review. I couldn't be more disappointed in the service provided. I had a house fire and hired Arizona Packout to inventory, photograph the condition of, and store all of my household and personal items. After 3 weeks and multiple requests for an inventory the list they provided had about 25% of what was actually in the house. They skipped entire rooms. MoMo, Jay, William and Joseph: They are a terrific team. MoMo hooked the washer and dryer back up. They helped putting things away. They also filled out a form, and listed all the furniture and other items, damaged by the flood. They were very professional and courteous to myself and my wife. Men are hard to find in this day and age. Arizona Pack Out is Five Stars. Thank you for all your help. The Bailey's

I recently had flooding in my kitchen. AZ packout came out and took everything out of my kitchen and boxed it all up. Lucciano, Arthuro, Carlo, Victor, Tivan J and Adrian were all very timely. They were polite and curteous and very helpful. I recommend this crew highly.

5 star review for Quincy, Freddy, Ivan and Willy for being on time and very efficient. They did an excellent job packing and moving all the furniture and fragile items that were part of this extensive project (Reference July 15th in Sun Lakes, Az.) They’ll tell you that your insurance will cover the bill but that’s not true. Your insurance will only cover a fraction of the bill. This is because AZPO submits prices that are incredibly inflated, they double bill for labor and will bill for materials and services that were never rendered. Think that they’re just throwing a big bill at your insurance company to see what sticks? They’re not! They will be very nice until after you’ve handed over what the insurance allowed. I have been a victim of this company. If you take the time to find them, there are a lot of very negative reviews. They have got to compensate people to try to hide them by posting, I think ,fake reviews. I have urged people to contact the Arizona States Attorney and Rebecca Taylor at KVOA in Tucson if they have been victimized by Arizona Pack Out.
