There service is superb and my rugs look fantastic!
The fringe on our silk Chinese throw rug was half there and half gone. They did a good job on the other one, a wool rug, but i would be careful if you have fringe your rug. It used to be about 2" of fringe all the way around. Now it is 1" in some areas, 1-1/2 inch in some and 2 in some others.
