This is NOT a review of the doctor himself; I am sure Dr Heringer is a master surgeon, but what follows is a condensed version of what I just went through with his office and the administrative part of his practice. I was scheduled for upper eye lid surgery today, March 17th, 2026 at 2:30pm.
