The instructors are the nicest I have ever encountered. This dojo teaches real self defense, practical techniques anyone can use, and teach it in a very safe and protected envireonement. The Sensei also is a certified Gracie Combatives teacher. Great character and life skills learned. Check it out and see for your self. It’s fantastic and sets standards.
