We utilize ASTYM, manual therapy techniques and kinesiotaping to treat all types of injuries including low back and neck pain, sprains, strains and sport rehabilitation training including baseball, tennis, golf, cycling, swimming, running, rugby and basketball. Novice through professional athletes, geriatrics and children are welcome.

Tami is very knowledgeable about her profession and was always willing to answer any questions that I posted. The exercises she had me doing for PT are simple yet very effective and can be continued in my own home. Went to PT today and had acupuncture/energy work and lymph/facial release done. It obviously worked because you could see my edema in my legs go down as they worked. So thankful for great professionals!! I felt at ease the minute I walked through the door and was welcomed by smiles all around.
