I would'nt advice you to go there. They are very cold and unfriendly and they are also very pushy on their proposals. I had the worst experince with them.
i think they are just the worse mortgage team ever. I was doing a loan with them in 06 and they just got me into a programe that was not explained to me well and i am suffering with my payments now. They just try to give you the worst rate available. Beware loan seekers...dont go to them.
