What a great company! Had an issue with one of my pumps on a two year old pool. They came out right away did the work the next day and working with Hayward for warranty. The technician was quick and very knowledgeable, professional, and clean. Highly recommend.
Excellent company! I have used them numerous times for tile cleaning, pool draining, acid washing, chlorine washing, and for warranty repairs. They are always great and do such a great job! I highly recommend them for any of your pool needs!
This whole team hit it out of the park for me. We developed an issue with our pump controller and the scheduler, Susan, was extremely helpful at setting up a diagnostic visit. I couldn’t be happier with the service we just received from our pool technician Wade. He immediately noticed that pool was having algae issues and ensured that the algae was thoroughly brushed off the surfaces and made sure that the correct chemicals were added. The difference was noticeable right away. Wade was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I was really impressed with the care and attention to detail he had. WHILE I WAS VERY ILL AND A PATIENT AT DEL WEBB HOSPITAL FOR 6DAYS, I CALLED A DEAR FRIEND TO ASK FOR A REFERRAL REGARDING A GOOD, HONEST POOL SERVIVE CO. MY FRIEND GAVE AZ MIRAGE SERVICES A GLOWING RATING ADDING THAT THEY HAD TAKEN CARE OF THEIR POOL FOR 9 YEARS. MY DAUGHTER'S WERE HERE FROM CALIF AND COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEMS WITH THE POOL.
