I have found this company impossible to work with. They do not return calls in a timely way and do not communicate about billing issues effectively, or really at all. I was billed more than the original quoted price and more than their competitors charge for the same treatment. They never called me back about my inquiries over this issue for months, but then refused treatment at the very last minute because they said I owed them money, while also admitting they had made inexplicable errors.
