She was so helpful in explaining firmness, cost, and all the little details when considering purchasing a mattress.My husband and I have not purchased a new mattress for ourselves since we've been together, and I'm not sharing how many years that's been, but it's been a lot. Heather sold us a Stearns & Foster - EK - Lux Cush Firm and a Sealy - Q - Cush Firm mattress. Great customer service! Looking forward to a good night's rest for many years to come!
