Buyer Beware! At first they were very nice and friendly. They say they want to make you happy. After the purchase is when it all went bad. They have your money and they are done! Within a short 2 years of a 10 year warranty, the bed did not hold up and started to sag. What makes it terrible is that they do not stand behind the product they make. I really enjoyed the staff in the store, they were very helpful in helping me find what I wanted and the price was decent. I will not be doing business there again for the fact that I payed for delivery and set up and was told a day that I would receive a call and day it would be delivered. I made the call a couple of hours before closing since nobody bothered to call me like they said.
