I used to live in unit 10 in the back and when I first moved in things were fine until the owner sold it to a property management company. They tore down the small laundry room (and didn't build a new one). They tried saying I didn't pay rent in December and called to see if the M/O had been cashed but hadn't. The new owners don't keep their tenants from harassing the neighbors. I've called and they don't return my calls. There is screaming at fighting from the front of the park and they don't do anything to stop it
