After my fathers diagnosis it was a hard decision as his daughter to put him on hospice and even harder to tell my mom. Cassie & Kelly both made the time to speak to us and answered all our questions, they were kind, compassionate & caring. The care my dad received from nurse Francine and CNA Michael was the same. My mom was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer. we decided to go through Arizona Life Hospice as a comfortable option for my mom. Cassie & Nurses Kelly & Nelly were absolutely wonderful. Cassie is the administrator, and she was fast, efficient kind and so loving to come into my parents home to set this up for my mom. My dad and I had no worries with them.
