Not a customer, but a victim, of this business. Oh, it's not that bad I guess, but these guys file 20-day preliminary lien notices on behalf of their contractor clients. I didn't like the idea that my window contractor would file such a thing on me, but I went along with it, as they said it was customary. AZ Lien Services actually SENDS these things TO YOUR LENDER. And then the lender sends you a nasty-gram telling you that you're in violation and you have to do something right away (even though it says right at the top that... read more
I didn't even want to give this company a star!!! Save yourself the grief and find another company to deal with. Long story short, the other one star reviews here are almost exactly what I experienced, different scenario’s but basically the same interaction with CEO/Owner Lil Stephens Murray. I am amazed this company has any customer’s! The Owner/CEO Lil was very condescending and actually hung up on me. I have emailed the company to close our account after this morning’s interaction.
