UPDATE on my previous review. There has been a definite turnaround in the administrative side of the business. The staff are courteous and helpful. And Dr. Nica is a total ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️act. Compassionate and very in tune with your needs. She LISTENS and changed my husband’s blood pressure medication and solved a serious problem for him that our primary care doctor missed. Still knocking off one star due to the scheduling limitations. We are never able to schedule a 6 month follow up appointment during our visit, and still play ... read more
BEWARE! She is the worst doctor you’ll ever encounter. I understand it’s hard to find a specialist in the quad city area but you will be better off heading to Phoenix to get a doctor who won’t treat you inhumanly! Too many wrongs on her end caused too many heartaches on our end. Please find a doctor that will listen to you. Everyone deserves better than her!
She has been so helpful in so many ways. She educates, explains, advises, assures, comforts, listens and takes great care of patients. AND she responds to urgent on-call issues of importance. I appreciate and trust her!
Dr. Nica is a wonderful physician. Her relationships with and understanding of patients is unsurpassed. Her knowledge as a nephrologist is so enhanced with all of her other research. As a post-transplant patient, I am blessed to benefit from her care.
The WORST administrative staff, and that's saying something for Prescott. Over a week - constant phone tag just to try to set up an appointment, and for an existing patient! Now, there's not even any returned calls after leaving message after message. I hope the doctor reads this to learn just how messed up the front office is. I don't care how capable the doctor is; allowing this lack of professionalism and courtesy is too frustrating. Looking elsewhere!
