If you want to get and stay healthy, I can’t recommend The Arizona Institute of Integrative Health/ Dr. Horzempa enough! Or healthcare system is deeply flawed and if the entire primary care system was half as effective as their care, the world would be a much healthier and better place.

Dr. Horzempa and his team are wonderful! They take the time to listen and really get to know the person as a whole, not just their symptoms. We look forward to working with the team in the years to come. I would highly recommend this practice.

Great experience with Dr. Daniel Horzempa and his staff. The doctor and his staff are genuinely concerned about the patient's health and well-being. The doctor is very knowledgeable and gives very good suggestions to improve the patient's health. The doctor and his staff listen to their patients and work with them to improve their quality of life. The patients are not rushed through their appointments. Office atmosphere is comfortable. An excellent MD, bigger tool box, all standard options but broader / deeper wholistic approach. Longer in depth interview, better testing - offers everything from supplement to Rx, better diet to scans, latest science to our roots in evolutionary biology. Concierge VIP model got me in fast and quick response times.
