We purchased a spa cover July 19, 2023, with a 2 year warranty. The spa cover arrived with an information sheet that it was polyester material, the cover was actually vinyl. On September 24, 2024 we noticed 3-4 blisters on the cover. I took pictures and went to the store, at which time they told me it was hail damage and that the manufacture will not cover and act of God.
