11/10 service, absolutely the best of the best! Needed an emergency tire and they got me back on the BDR immediately, cannot recommend highly enough!
One of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had! From start to finish, I was taken care of and the whole process took less than half an hour. Cory was very responsive and helpful as well as was the young man in the finance department.
Bought a new motorcycle and wanted it serviced. I dropped off the motorcycle and tried to contact the service department. After numerous attempts I could not get through. I waited on hold for over an hour. The customer service is non-existent. I come from the school of "Service is More Important than Product." This store doesn't understand this concept. Obviously there isn't a decent motorcycle service center or dealership In the white mountains! These guys put me on hold for I don't know how long when I was looking for tires so I hung up. Tried calling back next day and it went straight to voicemail during business hours. So I bought tires online. Now these fcks won't install them because I didn't buy from them. USELESS!!!
