Never done business with them but four some reason they sent a policy to my mortgage company and got my other policy cancelled. I’ve never talked to or worked with a rep from this company. Seems like some fraud is going on.
We have not had a good experience with this company it’s a nightmare. There customer service is terrible
DO NOT GO WITH. Ive had them for almost 2 years and in order to renew my policy they told me to get a WiFi water shut off and put in multiple water leak detectors next to all appliances, take photos of them along with having a LICENSED PLUMBER to install the water shut off which was over $1,000. I had to send in photos and have the underwriter approve this. Once I did, my premium went from $885 to $562 for 5 days. Then I get a letter saying sorry we are tripling the premium and now my new premium is $1,837. How is this legal... read more
