If I could have given 0 stars I would. While the doctors are ok, the administrative staff in the office are pushy and rude. The persona scheduling the appointments for the doctors not only rescheduled my appts FIVE separate times, but on two of the appointments where I required a CAT calcium scoring, and an EKG, they failed to tell me what medication was required that I needed to take the night before the exam to slow my heart rate. Dr. Veerapin has been my father’s doctor for several years and we trust him completely. Recently the office called us that the doctor retired from the practice and they made appointment with a new doctor who we have not met before. We were told by the person answering the phone that they are not allowed to tell us anything further. I found out after talking to my father’s GP that, doctor is now at another group Cardiac Solutions in the same area. We felt misled and were honestly disappointed by the lack of transparency.

Initially, I had a great experience with everyone at this practice. I started seeing them earlier this year. Dr. Balaji Natarajan is great! No complaints at all about him. Two weeks ago, I called in and requested a refill of a common medication that I've been taking for years. I called 3 times that week with no result. I ran out of medication that weekend, called the answering service and left a message requesting more medication. A 7-day supply got called in.
