The front desk staff is very welcoming and polite, I have never been told it's a pleasure to meet me at a doctor's office so that really stood out. The paperwork process prior to the appointment was very easy to navigate, making check in simple. Dr. Patel is very calm, has a great beside manner, and took the time to walk me through everything that was going to occur. The experience was good, the medical assistant that help me was kind and knowledgeable. The front office staff was pleasant as well. I am very comfortable with Dr. Patel. I was a former patient of his, and was very happy to find him. I feel as though whatever problem I have, he will do whatever he can to fix it. Arizona Heart is very lucky to have him.
Dr. Yarasi was very responsive to my concerns and is anxious to help with my heart issue.
Dr Tarpan Patel is such a great doctor. He is very thorough and very kind. I really felt like he listened to all of my concerns and took them seriously. Everyone in the office was so kind too!
I have been there three times. Very nice people and efficient.
