No one cares at your office. Never on time schedule. You wait for hours, poor service from the staff. No sense of urgency.

Very bad and unprofessional experience. Paid up front for all my charges, they never followed up on my test results. I was billed from a 3rd party for a test I paid for up front. They left the charge resolution hanging long enough for it to go into collections. Went in person 3 times to try to resolve this. They did nothing. If you’re looking for a Cardiology office, please pass this right by.
This practice is careless with their patient's health. I had a bad reaction to recently prescribed medication and was not put through to the doctor nor advised by anyone at the practice on what to do or how to proceed. I called daily for 5 days but was not helped. They eventually offered an appointment a month out, then after I explained yet again why I was calling, they offered a phone appointment 4 days later. I would rather go somewhere else than deal with this level of incompetency and lack of empathy.
