I was referred to Arizona heart institute by my primary care and I had a phenomenal experience. I haven't seen the Dr. yet but the rest of the staff seemed very interested in providing me with a very high level of care. Bennett checked me in and asked all the right questions. Josh then followed up and sent me for immediate blood work got me on a heart monitor and have scheduled a battery of tests I feel like they are going to find out what's going on and get me healed. I can highly recommend Arizona heart institute.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend payson heart . The treatment we received was unprofessional and disrespectful. A significant lack of communication further exacerbated the situation, leading to a highly frustrating process. Overall, it was a very poor experience. Additionally, the staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, including casual conduct such as eating during business hours. There was a complete absence of follow-ups or contact.
