I had my first appointment with Dr. Young today. I felt at ease the minute I walked into the office. Valerie at the front desk warmly welcomed me and Audrey the hygienist was friendly and truly interested in me. She did a thorough cleaning and was attentive to my needs. Dr. Young has a calming presence and he reassured me about my dental health. He gave me several options to address an issue with an implant crown. Dr Young, Heather and the whole team at this practice are wonderful! I have challenging dental issues and a super sensitive mouth. Dr Young is the kindest dentist I have ever met - he has a calming presence and he is genuinely interested in your smile being exactly right! I also have a special needs daughter and his entire team was unfazed and made it clear that they will be working at her pace to make sure she gets what she needs. Huge relief. there is a reason why Dr. Young has 5 stars. he is simply one of the BEST dentists i have ever had. he is very kind and patient, and sets all the expectations for you. Valerie remembers your name when you see her and Alice will answer every question you have to ease your nerves. i recommend this office to my friends and anyone else who is looking for a stress free and lovely dental appointment. they are the only reason why im not scared to go to the dentist because i know i am in AMAZING hands!!
