Made an appointment for my boyfriend. Phone number for Chandler was wrong, finally got to the right office. When we showed up, the lady behind the desk barely spoke to us. 2 kids unsupervised in lobby watching a program, very loud with foul words. There was zero literature in the lobby regarding hair transplant. It felt Dubious. Finally the same lady asks my boyfriend to go into the exam room and take off his pants! That was our que to leave.
