Terrible customer service! walked in in five minutes early for our appointment and then when it was time for the appointment, they told us it would be a few minutes. I had to ask for more clarity on what “a few minutes” would be and she proposed to just come back later that night or the next day! I first off want to share everyone is very kind (Alice is fantastic!) My stylist had moved and Kara was recommended to work with and came with high recommendation! I trusted my previous stylist and now Kara to spruce up my hair mind you the next day I had a photoshoot that was very important!
