Ella is amazing! I made an appointment to get a perm for my long grey, straight, stringy hair. Ella called me about a week before my scheduled appointment to discuss my hair type and to get to know me. I was impressed that she truly wanted to get to know my hair type and what I was interested in having done prior to my appointment. Once there Ella made sure my hair was healthy enough to get a perm and to discuss curl type I was hoping to get, suggesting rod sizes and if I would consider layers to achieve the curls I wanted. ... read more
