As usual, had a great experience. Vicky is so friendly and knows exactly how I like my hair to be cut. All in all, great customer service from the staff.
My mother went to get her hair done for an interview and the stylist told her she was too old for what she was asking for. In my opinion when it comes to hair, give the client what will make them feel good. She felt so humiliated and left immediately. Hopefully you’ll be more sensitive to your clients.
