We went to check in at 3pm and were told rooms not cleaned and they would call us when room was ready. The room was not ready until 6:30pm. We went to get keys and ended up waiting in line another 30 mins. We did not make it to our room until after 7pm. Once we got to the room it was dirty with ketchup smears on the desk. At the pool deck all towel racks empty with no one around to service pool area. Once we got home I realized they over charged us by 150.00. Loved it, so much fun. The food selection was limited
Jayda was great! We had a staycation here and hit a few hiccups. Jayda took care of us right away. The spa, waterpark and pools are amazing, we had a great experience overall. A little overpriced at the pool bars (like $20 per drink overpriced). Other than our hiccups and the pricing of the food and drinks, would recommend if you're looking for a resort to stay at.
