I have been seeing Arizona Glaucoma Specialists since I was diagnosed with glaucoma. Because of their tenacity and availability my glaucoma has remained stable. Every four months I drive from Tucson to Mesa to see Dr Jonathon Kay. Dr. David Kay has done my SLTs when needed. Their office is one of a kind: They answer all their own phone calls, are right there for you if you have a problem with medication, and are extremely accommodating. From the moment I arrived, everything was well-organized, clean, and welcoming. The front desk staff was friendly and made check-in easy, and I appreciated how smoothly everything went. The atmosphere was calm and professional. Dr. David Kay was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly took the time to listen and answer all my questions. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. It’s clear that a lot of attention is given to both patient comfort and quality care.
