I'm disappointed and I haven't been there yet. My pre up appointment was lost and then rescheduled and when I showed up for the second appointment again my name was not on the list. What's worse is they have a choice of prescribing you two different solutions prior to your colonoscopy. They could prescribe you to 8 oz bottles to drink or what appears to be more than a gallon a solution. They opted for the gallon half of which you have to get up in the middle of the night and drink 5 hours prior to your appointment if you're ... read more
The problem is that the colonoscopy is where the money is. They're really good at scheduling it and preforming the operation. But, God Forbid, you need care after that. You can't make an appointment because they don't answer the phone. If you leave a message, they don't return the call. This has been the worst medical experience of my life. Your best bet is to look elsewhere for your care.
