I’m going to tell you this. When you first interact with a business they will tell you who exactly they are. In this case, they will not return calls, slow walk emails. Succinctly, you’re probably just not very important to them. When designing a garage and room addition to our home, this business took almost one week per iteration of the refinement of design.
