Six months past the contractual completion date of our tiny (500sf) pool house we were able to get a finished project by hiring 3rd party contractors to finish the work they abandoned or were unwilling to finish in a timely manner. We requested a refund of our allowances of $7K. I’m going to tell you this. When you first interact with a business they will tell you who exactly they are. In this case, they will not return calls, slow walk emails. Succinctly, you’re probably just not very important to them. When designing a garage and room addition to our home, this business took almost one week per iteration of the refinement of design.
