My experience was with Xavion (Xcutz) at this shop. I was overcharged for a haircut on two visits, and my calls/texts went unanswered until I disputed the charges with my bank. Only then did Booksy reach out to him, and he claimed the app automatically adds a $15 tip — which isn’t true. My receipts show $60 with no tip, yet an extra $15 was still taken each time. Be sure to double-check your total if you book with him.
Best Barbershop in Phoenix, hands down. Go here — but book online because their spots fill fast. The barbers are experienced, professional and the vibes are unmatched.
