Not only are they centrally located and conveniently near my shop. But this is damn near one of the only places I've gone that a sales guy tucked off in a corner stopped what he was doing immediately and took care of me without me having to wait for the customers in line. Usually you get stuck waiting and no one really acknowledges you. Not here! They didn't have the part I needed today but ordered it out of CA quickly and made the whole process as easy as possible. When we needed a part, Travis was the man, with the "magic" touch, as he coined it! No one in the valley had the starter we needed to get our forklift operational same day, but Travis took the time to make sure we were taken care of and backup and running!
