I certainly didn't see who I was supposed to. Before the visit, I took a seat in the waiting area I witnessed and overheard a member of the staff, conducting a full interview with another patient, who openly stated he resided in a behavioral home. The staff member proceeded to read aloud, each question from the tablet generated intake assessment. Each question was asked so as to be overheard by all who were seated in the lobby.
